Pros

I enjoy how close I am to upper management. My sales coach sits with our team which is extremely helpful. I have every tool I need to succeed in this company. The growth potential is amazing. I have now been promoted twice since being with the company for only 6 months. My first promotion came just after 4 months of hitting my quota consistently. I then got promoted to sales mentor at month 5. I am proud to be part of this company.

Cons

Our PTO is on the slim side. I wish there were separate days for PTO and sick days.

Pros

I love that I feel comfortable reaching out to any of the departments here for advice or help. I also pay less than $3 for my monthly benefits which is unheard of. Lots of room for growth and fun environment.

Cons

I haven't been unhappy here compared to how I felt at other companies. I honestly have no notable complaints.

Pros

The leadership team cares about the growth and success of the employees. Ongoing training, beyond the initial 3 week training process, that helps develop your sales acumen. They have recently realigned commissions so that I have complete control over the amount of money I can make. There is a clear promotion path from your entry role, up to the sales manager role. There is a good buzz on the sales floor with constant competitions and incentives to keep you motivated.

Cons

If you drive, it is expensive to park by the building. The expectations have been raised and they are holding reps to a much higher standard than before. Cold calling is challenging
