- Room for growth, company invests in personnel and wants them to succeed - Extremely open and transparent about expectations -LOTS of help and people available to answer questions -FUN group of people. -Company culture is a high priority -You're selling a one of a kind service that helps people/the environment -Great benefits

Cons

Not a lot of flexibility with the work-day schedule due to the job requirements. Work hours are 8:45-5:15. Makes it hard to schedule appointments/get to things after work without taking vacation time.

Over the past year, RoadRunner has made strides in it's ability to cultivate success. Incorporating a mentor program, a newly structured training program, and numerous resources to assist in the growth of Business Development Representatives. There has been proactive thinking in the strategies used to bring in new skilled & talented employees. All in all, to create an even more professional, inclusive atmosphere. They are focused on taking the company to a new stage of success and dedicated to listening to advice from current employees to get to that level. Newly implemented departments have assisted in driving the company to becoming a highly efficient and structured company. i.e Human Resources, Legal, and an expanded Pricing & Operations Department. If you are reading this.. there could not be a better time to join a growing company that supports its peers and cultivates success for everyone.

Cons

Not enough Business Development Representatives in some markets to fully discover the amount of businesses that are profitable & available, and not being contacted. This is leading to some markets not meeting true potential.
