Maybe sales is not for me, and that's why I left, but in my opinion when you have 3 specific metrics you need to hit (when they only really care about one), and that specific metric is very hard to reach when a lot of it is out of your control and luck based, it's hard to see this job as long term. Be prepared to be on a performance improvement plan (PIP) every other month and wonder if you will still have your job, even if you meet 100% of the 2/3 metrics.
