Pros
As an employee for nearly a year at the time of this review, I truly enjoy working here at RoadRunner. I can't think of a company that cares more about their employees, has an open door policy this wide open and led by fantastic management. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, I'm very fortunate to work with high-level management. I can vouch for how much they care about our employees. Work-life balance here is top notch. I have been a part of companies that left me deflated and defeated - not here at RoadRunner. I wake up everyday (mostly) and ready to tackle the day. Our CEO hosts quarterly town hall meetings to keep all employees in the loop with company direction, successes, etc. I can sit here and brag all day long about the friendly and caring employees that work here. I have never made so many friends at a company in my life. While reviews are opinion-based and we have to all walk our own journeys, I hope this review as a current employee inspires confidence in anyone considering joining our company.

At times, changes can feel a bit arbitrary. I think that's fairly common but something worth pointing out.
