Ever since I started working here I have experienced nothing but positive things. My manager is amazing and has offered incredible guidance & support when I've needed it. They have this thing called 15/5, which is kind of like a "check in" for how you are feeling for the week, which I think it great because it is a safe space. RoadRunner overall is a great company headed in the right direction. On another note, RoadRunner pays 100% of the employees medical, dental and vision along with 70% for their dependents. It's a great deal! We also get PTO, paid holidays. 2 floating days & 2 weeks paid sick for COVID or flu.
Cons
While the layoff news was really hard, I do believe we are headed in the right direction. And with the right people in place, we will get there.
