      Pros

      Leadership is authentically empathetic and trustworthy, these are not just buzzwords at this company. The work is difficult, but I am pleased to be a part of a team that is supportive and honest.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's not enough time in the day to finish everything. Very high paced work.

      Pros

      RoadRunner has been a joy to work for. The support I get from coworkers and managers alike have helped me get promoted with 5 short months. Great product, as we are simply selling cost savings. I recommend RoadRunner to anyone looking to have some fun in their sales career!

      Cons

      Lots of work. It’s hard to call this a con, as my day goes very quickly being this busy.
