A Company That Cares

Pros

Having been at this company for nearly 5 years I can say the company culture is fantastic and it really does feel like everyone is looking out for each other. There is plenty of room for growth here, as I've held 4 different positions since starting here. The company really does prioritize promoting from within before looking outside. Being fully remote is nice and going to the office is optional for your team or RoadRunner events (also don't have to pay for parking, which is really nice).

Cons

I'd say being work from home it's easier to get stuck in a silo, so make sure you're being diligent about keeping up with coworkers on Slack/Zoom
