      -remote work environment -they provide all necessary training and equipment

      Cons

      -as a BDR, you are stuck with 1 sales coach after training -some sales coaches are supportive, but some are way too competitive and bring down your team during zoom meetings -must meet your sales quotas -most BDR is 8:30am-5:30pm
