      Pros

      The company has such a positive outlook on the future and pushing its employees to perform to the best of their ability. If you put the work in and hit your KPIs and quotas, you get rewarded with promotions for doing the job, not a popularity contest. With the company growing and expanding, I'm excited to see just where it can take me and my career!
