      BDR role is grueling but that's just the nature of an inside sales job.

      I love working at RoadRunner b/c of the people that work here. Management takes a vested interest in the continued professional growth of each employee to set them up for success at RoadRunner and beyond. The culture strives to be inclusive as the TA works to ensure diverse hiring across each department. Open, transparent, candid communication is encourage for all employees from the CEO (top) down.

      Cons

      This is not applicable for my time at RoadRunner.

      Great Place to Work

      It's a great place to work.

      Cons

      Not paid bi-weekly but twice a month. Sometimes 17 days between paychecks. No paid leave. Better not get sick if you want to take a vacation.

In regards to the paid leave, we do offer PTO (which can be used for personal time off or sickness), Floating Holidays and other time off policies as well.
