Promotions are sometimes used to manage poor behavior rather than reward merit, and some competent employees have been replaced by associates of leadership, raising concerns about favoritism. Co-workers witnessed instances where I was treated unfairly, but there was no safe or effective channel to report these concerns. The environment feels increasingly toxic, with high turnover, minimal financial rewards (e.g., 1% bonus), and rising benefit costs contributing to widespread dissatisfaction.
