Due to Nepotism, I cant say any Pros.

Cons

Privileged got to take trucks home, I committed 2 hours each day. Privileged got to fuel personal trucks with Gas. Privileged were permitted to hide new cones, and arrow-boards in undisclosed locations, and I used old equipment that should have been throw out. Privileged got new truck, I worked with a truck with over 300,000 Miles, Excessive carbon Monoxide. Never got a truck up to code in the time I was working
