Company is large enough for stability, but still small enough to be agile and take advantage of changing conditions in the marketplace! Really a great team to work with as everyone works really hard and if focused on results.

Cons

Hours can be long and at times there are multiple priorities! One thing is certain - no two days are the same!

Hostile work environment, managers have no respect for employees, retaliate if you address concerns, devalue employees in meetings. Managers talk negatively about one another, Toxic work environment.

Terrible pay. Terrible management. HR is non existent. Safety overkill. Manager is a ticking time bomb. Hostile work environment. No support. No company investment in infrastructure. Unless you like working in a trailer that is freezing in winter or burning hot in summer.
