Pros

Company willing to hire felons or anyone needing to restart their lives. They can teach you basic skills that you can parlay into a great career in highway maintenance. You can start here and get a CDL which opens the world to you.

Cons

Most jobs are temporary and the hiring bonuses are based on someone working for the company longer than than the temporary season. Basic bait and switch. You really have to chase a hiring bonus. Company is also also owned by a hedge fund that cares about only two things, increasing revenue and maintaining the profit margin.
