Pros
Pay is theoretically okay and hours are solid and consistent
Cons
The work environment is terrible. Management there is keenly aware of the seniority they possess, and use it to treat workers in demeaning manner and HR is complacent in this as they do not respond to complaints from road and office workers. Management frequently curses out employees, constantly threatens to fire people, and does their best to let everyone know just how dumb they think they are. One of the first things I was told during training was to always blame your mistakes on others... and what I initially thought was a joke was actually the way management operates. Any mistake you make will be magnified 100x, and mistakes on management's end will rarely be acknowledged, or worse, you will fix it and they will take credit for it. Workers are encouraged to lie to each other and are frequently lied to by management, and talking behind other's backs is common. Just a terrible, toxic work environment. I wish everyone who is there good luck, because it is impossible to deal with and you will have to constantly worry you'll lose your job since they literally threaten to fire you over petty things. Too many expectations, too much stress, and especially when Dispatchers are expected to help with billing duties, not enough pay.
