Pros

The food is good, however the list of pros ends there.

Cons

Leadership is entitled and extremely disconnected/disengaged from all other employees. Decisions are made in a vacuum with little regard to the impact they might have on the team and their personal well-being. Employees are viewed as minions rather than actual humans with goals, ambition, or god forbid, lives and families outside of work that rely on the security of a job and benefits.

Pros

Fellow managers worked hard, sometimes up to 80 hours a week while trying to meet impossible demands regarding labor hours. Managers and regional managers were truly dedicated to the people within the stores and worked hard on all levels.

Cons

Employees First is a myth from the top down. To be clear, being profitable takes first priority even if it is at the cost of having staffed stores that meet minimum standards. One in a while I would see a top executive in the store, but never consistently, and when on-site it was more to criticize how the store is being run and less on the staff, their development, etc.
