      Personal growth is so-so. Work-life is good here, very low turnover rate. Promotions when deserved.

      Cons

      Office culture is difficult because it is a privately held company. It is hard to know where you stand.

      Senior Management Needs Some Revision

      A little paid vacation time and paid holidays. Health Insurance.

      Cons

      Cruel, small-minded, senior management who do not care one wit about their employees. Constantly felt under the threat of being fired. Enormous pressure with unrealistic expectations.

      Their fabric offerings are beautiful.

      Cons

      Miserable company to work for. As the title says...actions and words do not match. HR is too involved in showroom ops and goes far beyond employee relations and benefits.
