      Pros

      The load of work doesn't interfere with college responsibilities. They led you do home office. The most important metric is how much are you learning.

      Cons

      If the project that you are joining is for a client, probably you will not touch nearly anything of the development process. I know that this doesn't apply for inner projects and for some validation teams.

      A lot of stuff to learn

      Bad team leaders,they yell at you mean things the first day you go in! They expect that you learn everything on the first day within minutes! I had a bad experience with a team leader who yell at me for making a mistake! I left that day crying because i had many jobs and were never treated this way! It was awful! Very sad situation all around!
