Pros
Work environment (cooperative within the departments, friendly); benefits (salary, career development, bonus); leadership (visionary, open, entrepreneurs); many technological breakthroughs; well known brand.
Cons
Too big company with many inefficiencies, specially in headquarters with many associates and departments who looks like small kingdoms and do all they can only to protect their status quo. This kind of culture in the headquarters is the main threat for the company’s survival, specially considering the big transformation that the automotive industry faces. I hope that when they finally solve it, it is not too late.
