      Pros

      You can make a lot of money. Great team collaborate.

      Cons

      It is a grind and can take some time to spin up your book of business. As is any sales job. There is room for growth but there is such a long line of people waiting to get the promotion, if you're the last one it, it can take some time.

      Long hours, being compensated on draw (meaning your commission pays for your salary), people trying to steal your candidates

      Great employer until you need flexibility.

      Pros

      Loved working for this company for 6 years, heavy workload but enjoyable and financial rewards were excellent.

      Cons

      When I needed to go part time after maternity leave it was a horrendous process. Despite proving myself as a top performer, I was told I had to return full time which wasn’t an option or part time reporting into a junior member of staff ( who ended up losing the company business) If I had the energy at the time I should have taken them to tribunal but wasn’t feasible at the time.
