      Lots of different office postions available, the recruiters are very nice and helpful in finding a job that fit your personality

      Pros

      Good training. Good starting PTO. Depending on where you work the culture can be enjoyable too.

      Cons

      The SOP promotes a hostile/stressful work environment that is clearly visible from the high turnover this company experiences. They bring people in, train them, over work them, under pay them and then profit on all of that individuals work after they leave.

      Pros

      Information on how to do your job is provided in a portal. Actually doing the job is more on your own with limited training...there is not enough time in day to research the portal.

      Cons

      Micromanagement and focus on daily activity. The inconsistent management. There can be finger pointing among the other divisions with clients and candidates since not every client is on a target list. It is a gray area at times when a job order comes in who actually is receiving credit. The long tenured employees have the relationships with clients and may get job order simply because they know there name even when you did all the work.
