      Pros

      If you are ambitious and can handle change, RHI is a great place to grow your career. You do need to adapt to change and also need to understand it's a true sales environment. Very metrics and performance driven. If you are a heads down hard worker, you will be rewarded.

      Cons

      As in any sales organization, turnover is a persistent problem and can really vary by office and market. It's important to really understand the culture of each office to make sure it is the right fit for you.

      Pros

      The offices are close to one another, even though there are sales goals and competition, you see many employees completing activities outside of work

      Cons

      Some micromanaging Many offices do not run the same as other, a more uniform company makes for better production

      Pros

      Management is smart, they are fast to respond to changes in the economy and adjust training to meet business demands. The have an excellent training program as well.

      Cons

      Local Branches seem to fall very short of the business ideal of "Ethics First" If you are a top sales performer, you do not have to be ethical or collaborative at all. Additionally, you are only as good as your last month's numbers.
