      Corrupt Management, all politics, Supervisors are given promotion based on friendship not job knowledge.

      Pros

      Good benefits, structured bonus and raise schedule, nice employees (non-management)

      Cons

      The management is severely corrupt! HR does not protect employees, they only protect the very Supervisors and Managers that corrupt the policies, the very same policies they lay down. Nepotism and friendship dictate promotion, NOT years of dedicated service NOR work experience.

      Pros

      RHT has a well established business model. If you can figure out how to succeed within it, you can be successful. If you can't, it's probably not the best place for you.

      Cons

      The rigid nature of the culutre itself can lead to burnout. While RHT does employ some really smart people, innovation is not something that happens easily.

      great training, lots of opportuntiy to grow professionally,good pay structure and benefits

      Cons

      cookie cutter approach to managing people,one size fits all, people in fear of losing job due to a bad a month or two, leads to bad behavior between peers trying to save themselves.
