      It's okay...IF you like Sales

      Pros

      Great if you like long hours, and commissions. Great if you don't mind abrupt changes in hours. Great pay for even minor things.

      Cons

      They have a tendency to not be entirely truthful. To the point where I emailed them problems about a job, and I requested removal from said job. They removed me, and then I had no assignments. So, I went to another temp agency. Maybe, my recruiter forgot about me there. They still send me emails though I've asked them not to. They have appealed my unemployment that I use during down times at temp agencies while I find a perm job position, but I'm not worried on it since I kept all of the emails. I work hard to do the right thing. It's just too bad some others don't.

      Pros

      Learn to be a sales person, have great training and tools to learn from and people who know how to get the job done.

      Cons

      Not a recruiting job. They make it seem like it's all about recruiting, however it's all about the sales and the connects. If you are looking for sales, great company. If you are looking to be a recruiter, stay away.

      Pros

      Paid well and good benefits. Would recommend to those who enjoy a good challenge. Good people to work with, along with good times.

      Cons

      For new people not always easy to hit quota, but part of reason that made RHI good was they only wanted the best.
