      Pros

      Great technology and back office support. Robert half relies mostly on technology than people. They have a great marketing machine behind them and you will learn everything about the biz .

      Cons

      Lord of the Flies" environment, dog-eat-dog. Tense and chaotic environment and good people you actually respect and enjoy working with are leaving. If managment doesn't like you, it doesn't matter how well you do, you will be in the outside and harrassed until you leave, or they will fire you.

      Good pay Experience management Good learning opportunies Lovely colleagues This is a place really for big money, if you really follow their recipe, of course if harsh but rewarding

      Cons

      really tough working environment, you simply work like a robot, making phone calls all the time. if your manager is tough on KPI, you are gonna in a big trouble.

      Pros

      For contract work the staff at Robert half were professional and courteous. The payment for work was prompt and the recruiter did a good job of keeping me informed of full and contract work that they had. The company would provide some vacation pay if you have worked so many hours within a specified timeframe.

      Cons

      The work is temporary so the at the end of the contract, you turn into a pumpkin if you do not have any other contract or full time work lined up.
