      Stable company for the YES man/woman - modern day sweat shop!!

      Pros

      Great place to work if you're new to the industry and if you like micro management you'll be fine. If you have any experence - forget it!! Exec management is stable but thats about it!!

      Cons

      Benefits OK but if you earn $100k NO 401K. Middle management are just cheerleaders - just tell them the good news, thye can't handle the truth!!! - Lifers think RH is the only staffing company in the world - so mis-guided. The real "con" 70% to 80%+ margins!!! WOW

      Pros

      Very good training and a giant database of companies. You can make money in a good economy. Client contacts are useful.

      Cons

      Cutthroat. Managers hide behind upper management policies and whims and can't think for themselves. They are the ones who've managed to hang on long enough for other team members to drop off and these chosen few reap the benefits of another's hard work.

      Pros

      Once you become more tendered your job security goes up as you acquire new accounts. The organization appears to be steady as they essentially have no debt.

      Cons

      Promotions are given to better salesman which does guarantee you to be a good leader. Unified internal efforts to provide value to clients are quite lacking, ie relationships between sales, recruiting and management. The corporate culture tends to bring out “the looking out for number one” mentality as opposed to being a strong business unit. Strong recipe for success but execution is what makes a great company to work for.
