You also will find out if you're cut out for sales or not, if you can cut it at RHI, you can make it just about anywhere. They also put a lot of money into the location of offices, so you'll typically work someplace nice. The money can be good 90-100k, but not what they promise. Expect the compensation plan to change annually though. Since there is so much turnover, there is always room for advancement.

It takes diligence and hard work, and yes, the turnover is high, mostly because potential employees have unrealistic expectations of what they are getting into. It's important to understand that this is a sales culture and you will be managed accordingly. You need to be comfortable responding to metrics, proving yourself, and having a continual drive to succeed. Excellent place for a self-motivated individual who likes writing his/her own paycheck. At the management level, especially the management roles that also carry production responsibilities, it's an environment where you will be held accountable for your contribution to the bigger picture.
