      This employer values its employees and their employees values as well as priorities.

      Cons

      Companies are fickle Industries are fickle And often fickle is messy for one reason or another. Robert Half is great but temp gigs are tricky.

      Made redundant whilst on maternity leave

      Pre-pandemic it was the best company i've ever worked at,

      post pandemic and after my line manager left the social and friendly side completely disappeared. we worked like we were robots! No personal touch from their remote teams in NA, EMEA were great! I was made redundnat whilst on maternity leave, after my redundancy there were two job openings that I was a good fit for, one job they didn't even interview me, the 2nd job they had an initial call and no communication until I checked the status myself and both just said to keep an eye out for other opportunities! absolutely appalling and the redundancy pay was shocking for after 5 years of working there, there was no empathy and i truly felt like a number
