Great education opportunities but expect grunt work

Continual education in the field and office. Raises are twice a year for this position. As a project engineer you get exposure to all sides of the industry, allowing you to navigate your career to the field side or office side.

Cons

There is still grunt work to be done at this positions, build a thick skin. Can be challenging to meet expectations at times, keep pushing forward. Possible long hours.

I've been fortunate to work with many great builders and leaders in my career at Robins & Morton. The work has purpose, coworkers are like family, and I've always felt supported by leadership at every level.

Cons

Travel and relocation can be challenging, but our family has always embraced this lifestyle. Robins & Morton has been considerate of sacrifices made by the employee and their families, offering support when needed. I'm grateful for the opportunity to make an impact in so many locations as I grew and contributed to meaningful projects.
