Pros

Although the company has grown over the years, it has continued its focus on taking care of its people and clients. The leadership team, and everyone within the company, really does care about every employee and making sure that they are successful both personally and professionally.

Cons

I'm not sure this is a con, but there is an expectation that everyone works hard, and does what they say they're going to do. We have a high expectation that everyone contributes to the team success within the company.
