Pros

the insurance benefits are very good, the culture is very good. The managers are good listeners and will take time to communicate with the employees. This is a very safe and comfortable place to be employed.

Cons

There is no bonus structure. In three years we have not received any bonuses except for a 500 dollar Christmas bonus. People have been leaving the company due to aggressive recruiting and better salaries and bonuses from other companies. It seems like Rochester is lacking any kind of employee retention incentives. They seem to wait until you have an offer in hand before trying to attempt to counter offer. This needs to be addressed for this company to be top notch.

Pros

- Great location if you live in Coastal NH/Northern MA - Growing company - Medical benefits

Cons

Where to begin? Let's talk about how stale of a company this place is. You walk in and the office looks like a 90's sitcom set. Faded paintings, a mural dedicated to the family, and empty cubicles. The company likes to promote their "culture" but when asked about it they point to their Keurig machines, vending machines, and family ownership. Senior leaders are stuck in their old school ways, their warehouse has a revolving door, and they refuse to get acclimated with the times. If you're looking for a prosperous career - look elsewhere. They pay below market and have not made an effort to correct it, instead they just point at their medical benefits. News flash folks, can I pay for gas or my kids daycare with my medical benefits card? They'll be shocked with the number of people leaving once they request people to come back to the office. To top this all off, they don't even care about diversity.
