Pros

Rochester really listen and understand employees, their needs and struggles. Rochester paying constant attention to well-being and work life balance which is especially these day one of the most revisited topics. Employees are really engaged and happy to be part of this Global company.

Cons

I have not worked here long enough to notice any specific negatives that would impact myself or others so I hope we will keep this way. We currently don't have many benefits in place but something I am personally working to bring us up to speed and become more competitive to the current market.

Pros

Rochester is a company where you feel like part of a family. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I met the owners of the company right away, and they are very approachable and engaging. They care about people which is evident in the affordable benefit offering and company events. Very happy I decided to join the team!

Cons

Need to be a bit more innovative, but leaders seem very open to ideas and change!

Pros

I have been working at Rochester for almost two months. The entire hiring process was quick and easy, which is always great when dealing with the stress of starting a new job. The other employees were not only extremely kind, but very helpful. I felt right at home from the beginning and have learned a lot in such a short amount of time. Management has also been involved in addressing my goals and strengths, which has been very reassuring for my professional growth in the future.
