      It's true what they say...second generation of family business has no direction or clue about where to lead or how.

      Pros

      Nice new buildings but that's about it. The gym is good but don't spend too much time in there or you will be reprimanded.

      Cons

      Butt kissing managers, poor salaries, poor direction, no idea what people should be paid or rewarded for doing a good job, $10 Panera cards are not a reward and don't read the positive reviews because they are written by Rochester employees to throw people off track

      Pros

      Good work life balance, good medical benefits, good people to work with, Provide real unique value to customers

      Cons

      The company has outgrown family leadership. The sons are smart and want to see the company grow but don't have the ability or experience to make that happen. They also have no sense of what it means to lead or how their actions/words impact the company - good or bad. You cant hide in your office, send out an email about a change you want to make (in culture, on-line systems, CRM, ERP etc) and really believe that everyone will get in line and your job is done. Very cheap with salary, raises, commissions. Although they have good benefits, they over value them in the overall compensation and pay well below the market

      Pros

      Great work life balance and coworkers are great. Nice management that allows for flexible schedule and good hours.

      Cons

      No long term track here - certain jobs aren't appealing and there are no opportunities to advance very far. Small company.
