Pros

Magnet hospital, always incorporating new research, parking is accessible and easy (avg $30 a month). Offers free (and paid) classes towards your career, clinical ladder opportunity, and paid certification bonus and pay raises. The new critical care tower will do this hospital wonders.

Cons

Hard for advancement compared to nearby hospitals. Non union job. Always short staffed, very unsafe pt ratios, don't care about you only that you got the job done.
