      Management didn't care when I quit after 9 years, no acknowledgment, no exit interview, nothing. Never even asked for my badge or keys.

      Pros

      You learn a lot about nursing if that is the career you want to pursue, I recommend becoming a PCT first because you get the opportunity to work with the nurses.

      Cons

      Nobody wants to work, people call out a lot, people pick up shifts then don't come in, you might be the only tech on the entire floor
