Pros
I love my coworkers. The schedule is pretty much what I ask for if I meet unit requirements and at the very least, flexibile within reason. management periodically does things throughout the year to make staff feel appreciated. most employees in the dept I work in will tell you, we are family.
Cons
The work is hard. the population we work with is often difficult; challenging. There is a turn over problem in my dept. There is discussion of pay rates in my dept.
