Pros

less of a commute for people who live in the east side country areas. quick access to your own doctors and the pharmacy once you switch (which you just about have to-see cons). can park in front of the building. nice atmosphere, for those who are favored by the medical staff anyway.

Cons

have to use their doctors and pharmacy if you want to pay what's normal for health care expenses. some of the medical staff make it clear who their favorite support staff members are, and are not. you don't know when you are doing well, but are made quite aware if you happen to make a mistake (non-life threatening mistakes). some in management are ineffective &/or cater to the medical staff, to the detriment of the rest of the staff.
