Pros

They don’t have the cash to buy real talent so if you want to be mediocre and slack off you can get away with a lot here

Cons

see pro- not the place for anyone innovative, passionate, or highly intelligent. No investment in core functions or facilities. Clinical people should not be in corporate leadership functions.

Pros

Nice coworkers Good job coming out of college

Cons

Believe the negative reviews you see! Administration does many shady things. Difficult to move around. Management just continues to consolidate and spread the work. They don't seem to really care about you as a person or your family.
