Pros

Pay is decent, HR is very supportive

Cons

Hostile work environment, terrible management, virtually no support once off of orientation. Benefits are nowhere near as good as any other employer in the area.

Pros

Working with dedicated coworkers to improve the experience of patients, visitors and staff within a large healthcare system.

Cons

Beware of whom you report to and their management style. Demanding and impossible at times to keep up with workload. Poor work/life balance.
