Great benefits and decent pay, great staff to residents ratio, beautiful building

Cons

Poor team work, alot of politics, disrespectful team members high call ins. Really not worth the benefits, cold atmosphere, bullying daily

Bad Facilities Management

Pros

Great coworkers and good department heads, with a few exceptions.

Cons

Facilities Management Dept has very poor management. The turnover has been high with the current Director. Code and safety issues are ignored. If issues are brought to attention, you become a target for termination. I had not had a negative review in my career, I did here.
