RockFoce pays better than industry standard but do not be fooled by the money, there's a reason why they are offering that amount of money.
Cons
RockForce is disorganized, there are no standard ways to doing things. The amount of paperwork required from the field management is insane! There's a lot of drama at RockForce, they are not kidding when they say RockForce treat their employee like family. Leaders and management are unqualified, a lot of people pretending to know what they're doing. Fake it until you make it mentality. Had a lot of issues paying vendors and subcontractors making it difficult to perform work.
