      Great place to do science

      Pros

      Resource-rich environment with great scientists and facilities Fantastic benefits - generous medical, dental insurance. On-campus tennis court, gym, library. Inspiring lecturers from all different fields (not just science!)

      Cons

      Not the most collaborative environment (though there are plenty of friendly, generous PIs as well) Cafeteria food can get repetitive

      Pros

      Outstanding science to support. Great on-site daycare, tennis court, free gym, free nutritionist, benefits are fabulous. Feel like Rockefeller cares about me as a person.

      Cons

      15 walk from subway on top of commute. Need to hire more gym instructors to offer more free classes at better times.
