The University has great center that provides developmentally appropriate early childhood education for the youngest members of the Rockefeller community, beginning at age 3 months. The teachers at the center patient, caring, and personable. As a full-time employee, if you're attending school in your field of study, the University will reimburse 85% of the total tuition charges, registration, books, and necessary supplies.

Cons

As a teacher at the center you will not get the support needed from administration. As a teacher at the center you'll start to feel undervalued but what teacher doesn't feel undervalued. The philosophy and culture has changed. As a result, if you have an opinion or thoughts on how things can change it will be ignored.
