Good people but the company will burn you out

I’ve experienced a lot of burn out during my 5 year tenure with this company. The company demands alot of your time and mental energy. The micromanagement is unbearable and so are the clients! If you are in a client facing role (which is likely) get ready! Because that damn phone never stops ringing, it will chip away at your mental health! I’ve been on medical leave twice with this company and tried to hang on as long as I could but couldn’t do it anymore! If you are in a client relations role there will be nothing but back to back calls! Clients will call for anything relating to their loan on process, I’ll feel like a used napkin by 2pm. And they always expect you to do more if you reach goal they want more, if you don’t reach goal they coach you, which takes you off the phone impacting your production. Absolute nightmare.
