Pros

Very smart group of people, know how to manufacture PCB's. The founders have started four other companies of this sort so they know what they are doing to some extent.

Cons

Not very good management at all. Don't understand how to retain employees and keep them from learning about the financial status of the company.

Pros

E/V charging station is a plus. Near to Subway, Panda, and Whole Foods. Most folks around here a nice to work with.

Cons

Management has no business sense. Focus is totally on shoving boards down that line and there is no analysis of efficiency, profitability, or process improvement. Always treating symptom (putting out fire) with no desire to find root-cause and treat disease. Same problems keep cropping up. Processes are skipped and this behavior is actually promoted by management. They say data is what matters around here, but they don't do anything with it.
