Pros

Very smart group of people, know how to manufacture PCB's. The founders have started four other companies of this sort so they know what they are doing to some extent.

Cons

Not very good management at all. Don't understand how to retain employees and keep them from learning about the financial status of the company.

The company is growing a lot and co-workers are great.

There's a lot of work which is not necessarily a bad thing but at times, can be overwhelming.
