      Pros

      This company culture is AMAZINGG and is Family to me. Very supportive of your goals and anything you want to purse. As many things we execute on we always find time to have some fun while getting the job done and i appreciate the recognition that is always given.

      Cons

      I been here for about 7 months now and have not yet found any cons to be honest of this company. We truly go by the ISMS of figuring it out and they always be sure to make sure everyone is happy.

      Pros

      The People at In-House Realty are like my 2nd Family. We have a unique culture and I get along great with all of my fellow team mates. We Work Hard and don't mind having a little fun to enjoy our hard work!

      Cons

      In my honest Opinion there are no Cons to working at IHR, I've been here over 10 years and I love what I do and the people I work with.
