      In House Realty is an innovative, exciting, technology driven company. IHR is fueled by its culture. You can experience the passion for clients, team members and surrounding cities in everything we do. Team members are encouraged to give back to the community in several ways. IHR is an exciting company to be involved with.

      Cons

      Team members at In House Realty work hard and play hard. We are involved in an exciting industry, building new products and programs. We have fun, are spoiled with experiences but we work hard and put in the time to make our business great.

      -Relationship to Quicken Loans -Company Perks -Coworkers (until they inevitably stab you in the back)

      Cons

      -Open Office Environment -Theft of Ideas -Poor Management -CEO doesn't know your name unless you are of the opposite gender -Nepotism -Meetings galore -No communication -No advancement Often times the things you need in order to do your job effectively are denied. Ideas presented to leadership are met with extreme criticism and contempt for a short period of time (two-four weeks) until YOUR idea is reintroduced to your team or the company as a WHOLE as your LEADER's idea. Team members are often kept in the dark and clueless as to what other portions of the company are doing. There are a lot of people with limited social skills and the amount of back-stabbing to get ahead is palpable. Honestly, be very careful if you decide to work here. Once the "honeymoon" phase is over, you will quickly see the dark side of this organization and the politics at play here. Finally, the CEO's email listed below on reviews is incorrect which shows they have marketing people responding to negative reviews here and not the actual CEO.

      It’s obvious your experience here wasn’t as either of us would have hoped. Given your comments had so many false and vindictive statements I was almost inclined not to dignify it with a response, but I simply couldn’t allow your erroneous rant about our Team Members to go without correction. You see, I know our Team Members for who they really are and they are not at all what you describe! The TM’s at IHR are smart, they work hard, they’re passionate, they care, they give back and they are great people who focus every day on having a positive impact on others. I see it in them every single day and I’m proud of each and every one of them! It’s unfortunate you don’t know them as I do.
