I have never worked for a more abusive, overreaching, overtly-strict and disheveled company in my life. The management is full of bad eggs. If you’re considering working tech support for them, consider if you’re ok with constantly changing policies that will get steam rolled, despite everyone warning leadership it won’t be received well. The security practices are so suffocating, you won’t be able to do your job - and neither will anyone else at the company beside one or two super admins that hold their cards close to the chest. You should also know that the HR department can’t be trusted with anything. If you bring a harassment complaint to them, they will turn your meeting into an ambush involving a whole lot of accusations that are not true, then actually encourage you to quit. Any report you make will disappear with the person you reported it to when they quit as well. Your storage room will be constantly trashed bc no one has respect for the space. Don’t put yourself into situations where they can back you into a corner here. They did it to me when they strong armed me into harassing an ex employee about turning in her laptop instead of just marking it off like any sane company. So expect high turnover, high burnout, low morale, toxic HR and horrible leadership.
