      Normal challenges of a high growth company. People who are not use to a high pace, agile environment, may get overwhelmed.

      Team is small and responsive. You can get as much responsibility as you can handle and make real change to the Rocket and the company.

      Cons

      Communication can be tough across timezones. But the team does their best to align priorities.

      The team is small, but they put an emphasis on helping everyone out.

      Cons

      The LA location feels like it’s micromanaged by New Zealand. The processes were fine during startup, but they’ve failed to appropriately scale up to current production demands
